YOUR RIGHT TO CONTROL HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED.

You have the right to make requests related to your personal information. Can:

• Ask us to update or correct personal information if it is inaccurate;
• Request that we transfer some or all of your personal information to you or/to a third party (where technically possible to do so);
• Make decisions about receiving marketing communications;
• Withdraw your consent to process your personal information in circumstances where we rely on your consent as our basis
• for processing.

In addition to the above rights, Users located in Brazil, residents of the European Union and California have other rights that are detailed below. Please note that some rights only apply in certain circumstances or to certain information and some exceptions may apply.

We will ask you to verify your identity before responding to any request to exercise your rights.

RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.

In addition to the rights described above, where the GDPR or related data protection laws apply, you may:

• Ask if we process personal information about you and, if we do, to access the data we hold about you and certain information about how we use it and with whom we share it.
• Request that we delete the personal information we hold about you in certain limited circumstances.
• Request that we stop processing the personal information we hold about you.
• Object to our processing of data about you.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

In addition to the rights described above, where the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") or related data protection laws apply, you may:

• Request to know the categories of personal information we collect about you, as well as the sources from which the personal information is collected;
• the business or commercial purpose of our collection; the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information; and the specific personal information we hold about you.
• Request certain information regarding our disclosure of your personal information to third parties and/or opt out.
• Request that we delete the personal information we hold about you in certain limited circumstances.

USERS LOCATED IN BRAZIL.

In addition to the rights described above, where the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (“LGPD”) applies, you can:

Request that we provide confirmation of the existence of the processing of your personal data;

• Access the personal data we hold about you and certain information about how we use it and with whom we share it, including information about the public and private entities with whom we have shared your personal data;
• Request deletion of the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
• Ask us to anonymize, block or delete unnecessary or excessive data or data that is not being processed in accordance with the LGPD;
• Ask us to provide information about the possibility of refusing consent to the processing of your personal data and the consequences of such refusal.

THIRD PARTY LINKS AND INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE BY OUR USERS.

Some of our Services provide links to other websites. Because we do not control the information policies or practices of these third-party sites, you should review their privacy policies to learn how they collect and use personal information.

You can also log in to some of our Services using login services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you with the option to share certain personal information with us, such as your name and email address, to pre-fill our registration form. For example, if you take advantage of some of our social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, such as the "Share This" button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site, the applicable social media sites may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our websites, and may set a cookie to make it work properly.

KIDS.

Our services are not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of such a child and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us as described in this Privacy Notice and we will promptly take reasonable steps to delete such information.

DATA TRANSFER.

In order for us to fulfill your request or provide you with the Services, your personal information will be transferred to and stored/processed in the United States. Your personal data is also processed by personnel operating outside the United States Economic Area (USA), such as in Venezuela, who work for us or one of our suppliers. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this notice.

For transfers of personal information within the corporate family, such transfer will be made in accordance with the Commission's model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (ie the standard contractual clauses), in accordance with Decision 2004/ 915 / CE and 2010/87. /EU.

In the case of data transfers to third parties, such transfers (i) will be made under the Commission's model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e. the standard contractual clauses), in accordance with the Decision 2004/915 / EC and 2010 / 87 / EU; or (ii) rely on the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework. USA

Although not currently used as a legal basis for transfers, the brands WHM/CPanel, SonicPanel, CentovaCast, MediaCP, Wowza, Softaculous, sitePad, Virtualizor and others (collectively "Covered Entities") participate in and have certified their compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework. (collectively, the “Frames”). Covered Entities agree to subject all personal data received from member countries of the European Union (EU) and Switzerland, respectively, in accordance with each Privacy Shield Framework, to the applicable Principles of the Framework.

Covered Entities are responsible for the processing of personal data they receive, under each Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on their behalf. Covered Entities comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Covered Entities are subject to the enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, we may be request that we disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, please contact our US-based third-party dispute resolution provider (free of charge) customer@hostingchs.com.
Under certain conditions, described in more detail on the Privacy Shield website, you may have the right to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
